"My Market Place" is a cloud base mobile solution that will bring the next stage of innovation to our customers. "My Market Place" mobile application utilizes shopping and social media in order to provide the shopper with the best shopping experience possible in the palm of your hand.
Support can be contacted by either sending an email to support@jenairvision.com or calling 1-800-978-8399.
Open the MMP application and click on forgot logon. Please enter username and password in the reset password area. If you forgotten your username, please click on forgot username and enter your e-mail address. Next, please provide security questions.
All subscriptions terminate based on your choice of daily, weekly or on a monthly basis. Please send an e-mail to jenairvision@jenairvision.com, requesting an earlier cancelation.

New Registrations can only be done through a browser at http://www.jenairvision.com. When registering, you will need to go to the Jenair Vision webpage and click on the “Register Now” button at the bottom right corner of the homepage. You will then be asked if you are a "New User" or an "Existing User". Select "New User". You will then need to complete the registration form either as a customer or vendor.

If you are re-registering, this can only be done through a browser at http://www.jenairvision.com. When re-registering you will need go to the Jenair Vision webpage and click on the “Register Now” button at the bottom right corner of the homepage. You will then be ask if you are a "New User" or an "Existing User". Select "Existing User". You can then sign in with your username and password. The registration length will only be for the time frame that you select.

Open the MMP application and sign-on using your vendor username and password. In the top left corner click on the three horizontal bars to access the menu dropdown. Choose add a product.

Next to the product that you added to your shopping cart is an e-mail icon. Click on the e-mail icon to send a message to that product specific vendor.
Open the MMP application and sign-on using your username and password. In the top left corner click on the three horizontal bars to access the menu dropdown. Choose mailbox (You will see the number of messages waiting to be read next to Mailbox). Click on mailbox and respond to your messages.
Open the MMP application and sign-on using your username and password. In the top left corner click on the three horizontal bars to access the menu dropdown. Choose shop. Filter and choose product that you would like to add to your shopping cart by choosing the shopping cart icon on the right side of the product.
Open the MMP application and sign-on using your username and password. In the top left corner click on the three horizontal bars to access the menu dropdown. Choose shop. Filter on specials (Yes). All specials will show up with a yellow star.
Sign into My Market Place app. Click on a marketplace and then select the market. Select your item. When you are on the “Shop” screen, click on the cart next to the item to add the item to your My Cart area.
Open the MMP application and click on the Facebook icon.
To delete your account sign into your account and go to profile. Go to delete account. You must be signed in to delete your account. https://jenairvision.com/mymarketplace/profile
